Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Wenatchee is seeking caregivers to support clients across the Greater Wenatchee Area, including Quincy, Leavenworth, Sunnyslope, Monitor, Malaga and Rock Island. We offer Home Care Aide Training for those who do not currently have a CNA or HCA in Washington State.

Shifts range from 2 to 8 hour shifts. Pay rate $20.50-$21.00 hr depending on the clients care level and length of the shift, with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes)
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities/hobbies
• Transport clients to stores or appointments when required
• Monitor and report on client condition and changes

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Current Needs

• Caregiver with personals care skill set - Such are Toileting, Bathing and dressing
• Caregivers with heavy Care Experience Preferred - Such personal care (showering and Toileting), Heavy lifting and Cognitive Disorders
• At this time we are looking for caregiver to work in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Eniate and Leavenworth. Hour range Mon- Sun 8am - 12pm, 9 am - 4 pm, 10 am - 12 pm, 12pm - 4 pm

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
