Job summary

Home Instead in Wenatchee, Washington, is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to provide essential services for seniors. You will engage with clients, assist with daily activities, and ensure their comfort and dignity. All necessary training is provided, and a supportive team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Active Car Insurance.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 lbs.
• Availability to work 1 weekend day every week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Medication assistance and/or reminders.
• Direct personal care including bathing and grooming.

Duties And Responsibilities

Companionship and conversation; Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation; Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands, and activities; Medication assistance and/or reminders; Alzheimer’s Care, and Direct Personal care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting).

Caregiver Skills And Qualifications

Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect; Willingness to grow and develop; Ability to work with clients receiving Hospice care or at end of life; Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner.

Must Possess
