Job summary

PF Holdings, a parent company of ProFrac Services, is seeking a mid-level operations supervisor to manage several crews and supervise Service Supervisors in day-to-day field operations in Texas. The role emphasizes logistics, safety, and customer satisfaction within hydraulic fracturing operations.

You will coordinate pre-job requirements, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies, all while maintaining strong communication with district and operations management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two to four years work related skill, knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of fracturing, acidizing, and other industry related preferred.
• General knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more Service Supervisors.
• Coordinate logistics including meeting with tank personnel and pre-job requirements.
• Perform full range of supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, grievances, performance counseling, and promotions/demotions/termination.
• Ensure HR and HSE policies and procedures are followed.
• Work with customers who have special requests including tanks and wellheads.
• Apply industry knowledge to manage day-to-day operations for efficient services.
• Oversee multiple on-site crews including Service Supervisors.
• Ensure Service Supervisors meet customer and company requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required.
