Job summary

PF Holdings, through PF Services, seeks an on-site Supervisor for stimulation services in Texas. You will represent the company on customer sites, prepare ready-to-work procedures, and coordinate crews, equipment, and material flow from deployment to return.

You will train crews, schedule work, enforce HR and HSE policies, and ensure DOT compliance while maintaining customer communication before, during, and after service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; SSIT progression training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision for stimulation jobs and act as company representative on site.
• Coordinate pre-job requirements, safety equipment, DOT requirements, and customer work orders.
• Train and supervise crew, schedule work, and address performance issues.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and communicate with customers before, during and after service.
• Review job parameters in preplanning and verify dispatch and equipment readiness.
• Oversee equipment, readiness, and post-job cleanup; prepare reports.
