Job summary

Patterson-UTI is seeking a seasoned field supervisor to manage fracturing and wireline operations at the wellsite. You will coordinate with the customer, direct crews and equipment, ensure safety compliance, and optimize operations on large energy projects.

Role requires extensive field experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in remote locations. This position includes supervisory responsibilities and cost control measures to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Applicable industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Fracturing and Wireline operations at the wellsite and ensures exceptional service delivery.
• Coordinates job activities with customer on the wellsite.
• Directs field crews and equipment to meet contracted objectives and logistics.
• Identifies and mitigates risks to maintain safety and compliance.
• Manages personnel competency and ensures proper training for equipment operation.
• Enforces safety standards and corporate policies at the worksite.
• Reviews performance of direct reports and implements development plans or disciplinary actions.
• Controls costs at the well site to minimize demurrage and waste.
