Job summary

Expro seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee operations for the product line within the Anchorage area. You will coordinate manpower, equipment and materials to deliver services aligned with client requirements, ensuring safe, efficient execution.

The role requires a formal technical qualification and extensive wellsite experience, with prior leadership responsibilities. On-site supervision and on-call availability may be required to support 24-hour operations.

Qualifications

• Formal technical qualification required.
• 8+ years technical experience in product line including wellsite/field.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess service delivery requirements and ensure resources are available.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of personnel performing well site work.
• Communicate job details and conduct pre/post-job meetings.
• Coordinate third-party services and equipment within the location.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely invoicing information.
