Palm Beach Tan in Irmo, SC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best while hitting sales goals. You will work in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive training.

Earn $10.00–$15.00+ per hour, base pay plus up to 12% commission, with flexible scheduling and benefits such as a 401(k) plan and employee discounts. This is an entry-level sales role offering development and ongoing training.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI security training included)
• Track your goals and complete daily paperwork
• Support your Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals
• Follow all company and legal requirements
