Palm Beach Tan in Florence, SC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, hit sales goals, and grow with the team.

Our welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and clear paths for advancement while you promote wellness products and services. You will greet customers, explain the Golden Rules of Tanning, provide friendly service, handle payments, and keep the salon clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-compliant payments.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
