Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic, customer-focused sales associates in Moncks Corner, SC. Join a leader in the tanning industry with flexible schedules and supportive team culture.

Base pay is $10–$15+ per hour, plus up to 12% commission; opportunities for advancement, training, and benefits including 401K with match, medical/dental/vision, and PTO for full-time staff. Entry-level training and leadership development are provided, with daily coaching to help you meet sales goals and deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensures that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
