Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, drive sales goals, and grow within a welcoming team. You will engage customers, explain tanning and skincare benefits, and provide high-quality service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers base pay with commission potential, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus; all staff receive training and development support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-compliant data handling.
