Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, meet sales goals, and grow a rewarding career in a welcoming, team‑driven atmosphere. This role offers flexible scheduling, base pay plus up to 12% commission, and opportunities for advancement.

You will greet clients, educate them on tanning rules, handle transactions, and keep the salon pristine while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients professionally.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver excellent customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and health-code compliant.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-compliant card data handling.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
