Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC in Winston-Salem is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, hit your sales goals, and grow with the company. You’ll be part of a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for advancement and thorough training.

You will greet and consult with clients, educate on tanning rules, deliver excellent customer service, manage cash and POS, and support promotions. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely.
• Track your goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support your Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
