Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Wellness Consultant. You will help clients look and feel their best, achieve sales goals, and earn more as you grow. Our welcoming team atmosphere supports career growth and development.

You will greet clients, educate on tanning rules, and provide excellent service while working in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and customer data securely (PCI training).
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
