Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning basics and store policies.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients returning.
• Keep the salon clean and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-compliant data handling.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions.
