Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic team members to join our beauty and wellness brand in a dynamic retail setting. You’ll help clients choose tanning, skin care, and wellness options while delivering friendly, professional service.

We offer competitive pay with commission opportunities, flexible scheduling, and extensive training. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and value growth opportunities within the industry.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, and tanning services while following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and tracking of goals.

Your Responsibilities:
