• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning while following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.

Your Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
