Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Bel Air, MD is seeking energetic team members to join our retail salon. You’ll help customers choose sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care and wellness options while delivering friendly, professional service.

Meet and exceed daily sales goals, provide upbeat consultations, and maintain a clean, organized salon. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
