POSITION PURPOSE: The Wellness Supervisor (WS) is responsible for the day-to-day Client Wellness management, completing the sales process, and overseeing the Caregiver training program.

POSITION PURPOSE: The WS manages daily client wellness activities, sales processes, and caregiver training.

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: No direct supervision

Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure quality standards through excellent care and customer service
• Conduct home visits for new or returning clients
• Perform supervisory visits every 30-60 days, or as needed
• Update and revise care plans as necessary
• Conduct safety checks in clients' homes
• Supervise, train, and orient caregivers according to guidelines
• Recognize and address caregiver performance issues
• Participate in quality assurance evaluations
• Administer TB tests (PPDs) as part of the Visiting Angels program
• Develop caregiver training programs with management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution; minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Current licensure with the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
• Experience in private duty home care or facilities; dementia care experience preferred
• Annual TB testing compliance
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the Visiting Angels territory

This position is based in Jenkintown, PA, serving Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia counties. Travel within these areas is required.
