Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in New York City is seeking a Studio Assistant (Spa Attendant) to join our guest-focused team at two locations: Williamsburg and Flatiron. You will help deliver a premium wellness experience, greet guests, maintain spotless facilities, and support managers and sales staff in daily tasks.

We value detail-oriented, positive, reliable team players with attendance and customer service experience.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
Consistently awesome team-player attitude.
Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
Evening and weekend availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
Prior housekeeping or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work 4 or 5 shifts per week, across our weekday (2-10pm) and weekend (8:30am-2pm, 2pm-8pm) schedule.
Promptly clean a sauna room when guests exit, ensuring sanitation and prep for next appointment.
Conduct towel and cleaning supply inventory upon delivery.
Inspect and fold towels using prescribed techniques.
Conduct regular deep clean activities of facilities and saunas per protocols and schedules.
Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests.
Attend a mandatory monthly team meeting.
Support Studio Manager and Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including minor repairs.
