Job summary

WellnessIQ, INC. is seeking a motivated professional to manage new and existing client relations and drive engagement across wellness programs. The role focuses on coordinating client customization and service integration to ensure successful program outcomes and high client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes travel to client locations, collaboration with sales, brokers, and internal teams, and proactive management of program enhancements, metrics, and renewals to support client success.

Qualifications

BA or BS College Degree preferred.
Health and Wellness or related experience, or any combination of education, experience and training that provides knowledge and abilities to perform the job.
Account Management experience preferred.
Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

Owns the account post-implementation and coordinates with sales, brokers, consultants, and internal teams.
Leads implementation kickoff calls and ongoing project meetings with client stakeholders.
Develops and communicates the account service strategy and maintains progress docs.
Oversees client site visits, health events, and renewals communications.
Drives client renewals, retention, revenue and satisfaction objectives.
