The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houston, TX to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts toward exceptional customer service and lifelong wellness.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3-5 years of retail experience.
- Retail management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct support to the Store Manager by executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
- Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
- Foster external community relationships that grow sales.
- Lead with integrity and accountability.
- Support company training initiatives and continuous learning.
- Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention, receipts processing, shelving, pricing.
- Perform additional duties as required.
