Job summary

Bathhouse is seeking an attentive Area Attendant to keep pool and sauna areas clean and maintained throughout the day and evening. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to guests while preserving a clean, inviting environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to stand and squeegee for long periods. CPR/First Aid certification may be pursued with training support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service; hospitality/wellness/ spa/ luxury preferred.
• Comfortable performing light cleaning in guest-facing spaces.
• Able to stand and squeegee for long periods.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays; flexible schedule.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional; consistent attendance.
• Strong verbal communication and guest-first demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular walkthroughs of Bathhouse amenities to ensure a serene, immaculate guest experience.
• Maintain unobstructed floors and pathways for safety and comfort.
• Squeegee floors regularly to keep walkways dry and slip-free.
• Answer guest questions about Bathhouse offerings with warmth and discretion.
• Collect used towels, water bottles, slides, and other items to preserve cleanliness and standards.
• Observe and report maintenance or functionality concerns via service tickets to Facilities.
