The ideal candidate holds a California Massage Therapy License, has spa or hospitality experience, and can tailor treatments to guest needs.

Qualifications

• California Massage Therapy License is required.
• Prior massage therapy experience in spa, resort, wellness, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create customized treatments based on guest needs.
• Retail sales and client retention experience preferred.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage and body treatments in accordance with Spa of the Pines protocols and service standards.
• Design customized treatment sessions based on guest consultations and wellness goals.
• Assess guests for contraindications and determine appropriate treatments.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and personalized guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain treatment schedules and complete services on time.
• Maintain rooms, equipment, and work areas in line with spa standards and health regulations.
• Stay current with required licenses, certifications, and liability insurance.
• Follow all spa policies, procedures, and guest service standards.
