CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist for Everline Spa & Resort in California. The role focuses on delivering a range of massage and body treatments, guided by the spa menu, while offering exceptional guest service and recommending services to meet individual guest needs.

The ideal candidate has a state-licensed massage therapist credential, 2–3 years of luxury-resort experience, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with state license.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of massage therapist experience, preferably in a luxury resort.

• Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and team members.
• Resolve guest complaints and create loyalty by taking initiative.
• Share knowledge of services to help guests feel at home.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate guests’ needs to staff and management.

You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. A massage therapist provides a variety of touch modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu which include massage and body treatments. Using outstanding guest service the massage therapist will also suggest products and services to meet the individual needs of each guest.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

• Equipped with a state issued Massage Therapist license.
• Educated with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experienced with two (2) to three (3) years previous Massage Therapist experience, preferably in a luxury resort.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• The therapist requires the ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, and using hands and arms to apply constant pressure and repetitive motions. Must have strength, stamina, and dexterity to perform various techniques safely and effectively. This position also requires the ability to lift and position (up to 25lbs) and assist clients safely getting on and off massage tables.
• This role involves regular exposure to dim lighting, light to moderate volume of sound, and aromatherapy scents.
• Requires maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace with exposure to certain cleaning materials.
