Qualifications

• Current CA Massage Therapy License is required.
• Experience in spa, resort, wellness, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage and body treatments per spa protocols and standards.
• Design customized sessions based on guest consultations and wellness goals.
• Assess contraindications and determine safe, appropriate treatments.
• Create welcoming, relaxing experiences from arrival to departure.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and scheduling.
• Promote wellness and educate guests on benefits of services.
• Build lasting guest relationships and a loyal client base.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Stay current with required licenses and liability insurance.
• Follow spa policies and procedures and guest service standards.
