Position Summary
The Spa Senior Manager leads the Spa and Salon services and retail staff in promoting and providing sales, services, and products that exceed customer expectations. They drive revenue and oversee the department’s operations, financial performance, and ensure excellent customer service across multiple locations. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of the Life Spa Department team members. Additionally, they provide leadership to fulfill Life Time's mission statement.
