Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best while meeting sales goals. You will work in a team-focused, fun environment with opportunities for advancement and training.

Earn base pay plus commission and enjoy employee discounts and benefits. Responsibilities include greeting clients, educating on tanning rules, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining a clean salon.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and comply with health standards.
• Handle cash and process transactions securely (PCI training).
• Track personal goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
