Georgia Spa Company in Lexington, SC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our showroom team. You will support daily showroom sales and customer service while learning about premium wellness products such as hot tubs, saunas, and water care products.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with bonus opportunities. This full-time role offers employee ownership, product and sales training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer who enters the showroom.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, water care products, and accessories.
• Learn product features and benefits to confidently answer questions.
• Support Sales Consultants with customers and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and connect with the appropriate Sales Consultant when needed.
