Qualifications

• Experience implementing HIPAA-compliant processes and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with brand standards and growth goals.
• Create written systems, processes, and procedures to drive excellence.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across departments.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and reporting; deliver actionable leadership insights.
