Qualifications

• Certification: CNA or CHHA.

• Punctuality and reliability in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Resident Care Department schedule and shifts.
• Provide RCA coverage when needed.
• Spend time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Lead activities with residents.
• Track care tasks in the electronic health record.
