Palm Beach Tan in Savannah is seeking energetic individuals to join our brand as customer service and salon staff. You’ll help customers, drive sales, participate in training, and work in a fun, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Ability to effectively influence others
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales staff.
• Complete company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieve financial objectives through controlling expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the salon by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage tasks to ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money and banking requirements.

On the job training to learn management responsibilities includes:

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
