Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic team players for our Hickory, NC locations. You will help drive sales through excellent customer service, participate in on‑the‑job training for management responsibilities, and support a friendly, goal‑oriented team environment.

Earn $10.50–$15.00+ per hour with up to 12% commission, plus bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff to maintain staffing levels.
• Train staff to achieve sales goals and provide coaching and feedback.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet operations needs.
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure salon cleanliness, organization, and customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long‑term relationships.
