Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieve sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Achieve financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales).
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stocking, organization, and customer readiness.
• Establish rapport with customers, building loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
