Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-the-job training to learn management responsibilities.
• Maintain salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieve sales goals and other performance criteria through coaching and mentoring.
• Schedule and assign tasks; monitor results and expenses.
• Ensure salon cleanliness, stock, organization, and customer readiness.
• Establish rapport with customers and build loyalty.
