SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan Franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team in Huntersville, NC. You will support the salon manager with staffing, sales goals, and daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieving sales goals and training staff; coaching and mentoring employees.
• Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieving financial objectives through monitoring expenses like labor and cost of sales.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness, stock, organization, and readiness.
• Establishing rapport with customers and building loyalty.
• Creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safeguarding and accounting for all money and banking requirements.
