Job summary

SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, is hiring a dynamic assistant salon manager to support daily operations and sales targets.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, coach sales, manage scheduling, and help control expenses while maintaining a welcoming, high-performing salon environment.

This role offers growth opportunities, up-to-date training, and a path to advanced leadership within a vibrant beauty and skincare brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to positively influence others and lead a team.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salon manager with recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff.
• Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and giving feedback.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and operating costs.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and customer readiness.
• Establish rapport with customers and build loyalty through positive leadership.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment and resolve customer concerns.
