Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to greet guests, drive sales, and deliver personalized wellness experiences in our New York studio. You’ll build client relationships, educate on therapies, and guide members through onboarding and ongoing care.

This role blends customer service, operations, and sales in a fast-paced, health-focused environment with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
