Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales and customer support calls.
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and CRM communication.
• Educate customers on wellness products, promotions, and subscription programs.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs and purchase history.
• Follow up with customers to drive engagement, retention, and repeat sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products while delivering excellent customer service.
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer concerns, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, call activity expectations, and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and product education.
