Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be a critical thinker with strong math and computer skills and be able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Candidates should be supporters of total body care with general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy Wellness Program and services; book future appointments and promote home care retail as recommended.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
