Massage Envy (Montgomery) in Skillman, NJ is seeking a Sales & Wellness Associate who will be the face of the clinic, educating clients about massage, skincare, stretch services, and the Wellness Program while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive memberships, retail sales, and rebooking, with training and coaching provided; the role requires weekend shifts and a positive, coachable attitude in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, wellness, or sales.
• Friendly, positive and professional demeanor.
• Outgoing personality and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable starting sales conversations and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Check members in and out efficiently.
• Educate guests about Massage Envy’s Wellness Program and membership options.
• Confidently present membership options and enroll qualified guests.
• Rebook clients for future services.
• Recommend enhancements and home-care retail products based on client needs.
