Job summary

Massage Envy Fremont is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and support retail purchases while helping maintain a smooth clinic flow.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with day, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts. Training is provided, plus generous employee perks and discounts on services and products.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book future services, and promote home care retail.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, replying to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
