Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness seeks a part-time team member to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will educate customers on 100% natural wellness products, demonstrate usage, and tailor recommendations to individual wellness journeys.

You will help build baskets, drive sales, and support daily store operations while upholding brand standards and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to explain product benefits and features clearly to customers.
• Strong communication skills and active listening to guide wellness journeys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience by assisting customers and providing product demos.
• Make tailored recommendations and build baskets to meet wellness goals.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and support team goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, operations, and daily tasks as needed.
• Uphold brand standards and engage with Community Members in-store.
