Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe in Springfield, IL is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support store leadership, help drive daily sales, and create a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping environment for Health Enthusiasts.

Responsibilities include managing checkout, stocking, and product knowledge, while collaborating with a team dedicated to wellness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and in-store experiences.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
• Develop product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver great health enthusiast service.
• Maintain store upkeep, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.
