Job summary

Good Feet in Fargo, ND is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead a results-driven sales team and deliver exceptional customer service through arch support fittings and hands-on demonstrations.

You will recruit and develop staff, partner with management to reach store KPIs, and help customers improve their quality of life through our unique products. This full-time role offers paid training, benefits, and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team/people leadership experience.
