The Good Feet Store is seeking an energetic Store Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and drive arch support fittings with a hands-on, results‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team/people leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, caring service and engage with clients to assess needs.
• Lead arch support fittings and hands-on product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and coworkers to reflect company values.
• Collaborate with district leadership to build a high-performing store culture and meet KPIs.
• Assist with recruiting and training to grow store talent.
• Incorporate feedback to improve customer experiences and team performance.
