Job summary

The Good Feet Store is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Charlotte. You will lead a store team, drive sales, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service including arch support fittings.

You will recruit, train and develop talent while partnering with the Store Manager to create a high-performing, values-driven environment and ensure customers leave with the best solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team/people leadership experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused environment.
• Results driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to achieve sales goals.
