Good Feet is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead client interactions, conduct arch support fittings and guide a sales-driven team. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and a mission-driven culture focused on improving clients' well-being.

You will mentor staff, support recruiting, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals while maintaining a positive, empathetic environment and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team/people leadership experience.
• Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence.
• Ability to foster and support a customer-focused environment.
• Results driven and self-motivated.
• Positive, approachable, and empathetic.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, caring and professional service by actively assessing client needs and assisting with arch support fittings.
• Lead and contribute to store sales goals and team selling processes as part of the sales team.
• Develop professional relationships with clients and coworkers to positively represent our company values.
• Partner with Store Manager to create a strong team environment and improve store sales and KPIs.
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and pursue self-development based on guidance from leaders and peers.
