The Vitamin Shoppe in Nashua, NH is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive top-line sales, and deliver personalized in-store experiences for customers.

You will hire, coach and develop Health Enthusiasts, monitor store metrics, manage operations, and uphold loss prevention standards while maintaining customer service excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals and payroll targets.
• Identify top talent, build teams, and train and retain great people.
• Think through complex issues and allocate time across multiple tasks.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate others through personal actions and example.
• Experience with POS, scheduling and inventory systems; comfortable with new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture by building customer loyalty and personalized shopping experiences.
• Drive top-line sales through effective floor leadership and merchandising.
• Attract, recruit and retain top talent.
• Coach and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Develop a high performing Health Enthusiast team.
• Support ongoing training and education initiatives.
• Meet daily sales and productivity goals and coach others to do the same.
• Focus on Conversion, units per transaction, average transaction value and sales per hour.
• Analyze weekly, monthly and yearly sales data to inform action plans.
• Foster community relationships and grassroot events to grow sales.
