Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support leadership and deliver an engaging, personalized in-store experience. You will assist in driving sales, manage daily operations, and help create loyal customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED) and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Join us in promoting health and wellness across our nationwide stores.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and effective upselling.
• Work as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team to create a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow loss prevention standards and ensure timely receipts.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
