Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs of NJ is seeking part-time Wellness Associates to support guests during their stay and help them work toward recovery goals. Under supervision, you will assist with crisis coping skills, develop Wellness Plans, and connect guests with community resources.

The role emphasizes documenting treatment information, maintaining service plans, and providing compassionate, trauma-informed support in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or equivalent in mental health field.
• Experience delivering individual and group educational training.
• Ability to document treatment and service plans accurately.
• Familiarity with crisis management and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to guests to support recovery goals.
• Maintain records for service plans and treatment information.
• Offer counseling and assist in development of coping strategies.
• Advocate for access to community resources and social activities.
• Collaborate with Wellness Respite Associate to link guests to services.
